Aviatrix Hitty

She's a little bit nervous - after all it is a borrowed plane - but she just couldn't resist the lure of adventure.

The Aviatrix is off on her next flight. Six and a quarter inches tall and pegged in the traditional style, she is hand carved of basswood by TC Vollum. Her clothes were lovingly stitched, including her leather helmet with flying goggles. She will come to the winning bidder with her flight jacket, pants, helmet, and white cotton pajamas - a girl has to be prepared for unscheduled stopovers!

The airplane is not included, sigh.
